Old readme is not fully describe all necessary things. For example, it was needed to install libimagequant for me Also change format from txt to md in order to support github editor things and make it more user-friendly

Hey Art,

libimagequant is a dependency for python-pillow. It usually gets installed when installing python-pillow.

I should update the readme with MD, good idea.
