Fail more gracefully when executing enterprise commands against community database #647

Log database version and edition so that its more obvious when you accidentally run enterprise commands on a community database.

Currently it fails with a very long stack trace where the cause is buried:

Caused by: org.neo4j.driver.exceptions.DatabaseException: Unable to create Constraint( type='NODE PROPERTY EXISTENCE', schema=(:Bla{name, value}) ):
Node Key constraint requires Neo4j Enterprise Edition
