"Wrong extension" #173

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a .ass file with Subtitle Edit
2.After editing, save it
3.Open same .ass file with another program (e.g. Aegisub)

What is the expected output? I expect it to open normally as it did before
editing in SE.

What do you see instead? I get the message "File has wrong extension", & the
style info & media references have been lost.

What version of the product are you using? 3.3.9 (updated today)

On what operating system? Windows 7.

Editing I did in SE was mainly line breaks (various languages including
Turkish).

Following your steps I cannot re-create this... can you supply more
information? Perhaps it's a specific subtitle?
