Relations siblings() where baril/octopus package #2

Your documentation says that you need to use the baril/octopus package, but unfortunately it is not available anywhere in the repositories... Correct it in the package or post the package. Thank you

Hey @asasem, I think I never got to finish that package and never released it. I'll dig into my old code and see what I can do. Thanks for the heads up!
