Add streaming option #14

Hi Michael,

We created a streaming option for your mixpanel-export (the main reason was to avoid overflowing the memory by getting too many events at once). It seems to be working on our end, but we'd love your thoughts and see what we can improve.

Hi @pcothenet, Thanks for the PR. I'm out in Barcelona this week at a conference, I can take a look at this over the weekend when I'm back in the UK and hopefully get it merged then for you. :+1:
