removed help.synthetix.io - dead link.
removed synthetix.io/community - dead link.
added 2021 roadmap
added l2 mainnet launch

TRANSFERRING:

removed deprecated mintr link, added staking.synthetix.io link and changed other wording very slightly to line up with new UI a bit better.
