Display quantity is always plurial even for 0 and 1 item #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.On every page that display a list of items
2.There is a string with a quantity for 0 and 1 = the string should not be 
plurial
3. Example : Showing: 1 groupS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No plurial form on those strings for 0 and 1 item

This should be 2 seperates strings, because 's' is not always a plurial form in 
other language

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
