Nice to have - Limit file quantity on upload or not #320

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On upload-from-computer.php there is no file quantity limits

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think too much big files uploaded on same action can cause problems.
Solution to prevent this :  
- Set a limit of max files upload at the time in Options.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Maybe give the choice to set a limit or not depending of 
the needs.
