Wrong size on video files #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upload a 5GB video file
2.Look in the files and see that the file is showing 648Mb only
3.The downloaded file is wrong and cannot be played

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well I prefer the "?? symbol because this problem makes the file useless 
through ProjectSend... the actual file on the folder has the right size.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version r412 on a windows machine with Uniform Server
