folder for client to keep files sorted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. client can see all his files
2. i want a folder based on eg Year
3. admin can upload files in that folder 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Client can see his docs on year. He needs docs of year 2011 he can go to folder 
2011

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

A quick fix for now, you can filter or sort files by year, this may required 
some table script modification or use a different table script.
