Validation is not highlighting the appropriate field - form

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.In form, when error is found (email format, username, password ..)
2.the error message appear on top
3.the first field is always highlighted even if this is not the one related to 
the errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One of the culprit field shoudl be highlighted
instead of highlighting the first field

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
