What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create 2 clients (I created one from the admin and one from the login screen)
2. Login as client 1 and upload a file like logo.png with client 1
3. Logout and login as client 2 and upload the same file. Note that the email
confirmation box is shown twice.
4. It will be called logo 1.png and will be visible in the gallery of "view my
files"
5. Go to Manage Files and notice that this file is not listed.
6. Note that sometimes it does work as expected and if you flip the order of
who uploads the file first, like client 2 first then client 1 you can reproduce
the bug.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file that was renamed because it was a duplicate should show up the Manage
Files list.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I attached a screen shot of the two email confirmations... that may not be
related but the defect seems to happen at the same time this issue with the
filename collision.
