double mail notification #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when I add a new docs to user, he receive 2 mail with same text and content

For all user. Every time I add a file they receive 2 mail of notification

Which method are you using?
PHPMail,SMTP, Gmail , Sendmail

Haver you tried other method ?

Sendmail, but user creation mail scrpt, send only 1 mail.
I will test tomorrow phpmail, and let u know

I did a mistake, was phpmail. I change with sendmail and i have same problem. 2 
notification new file to user. Any idea ?

I'm wondering 
is this happening when uploading only one file at the time ?
is this happening when assign the file to only one client?

The cause was found by a Facebook user. He found out that the real problem is 
that, when you upload more than 1 file, the notifications on the database are 
not marked as sent (they stay at "0", a code that means that it needs to be 
sent). Since there are 3 tries per notification, the next time you upload a 
file, that list will be read again and those old emails will be sent again.
