Files uploaded not completed in IE9 #475

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as System User or as Client
2.Upload file
3.Upload is not finished > /fileshare/upload-process-form.php

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 - upload completed but not finished

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 - Microsoft Windows 7 and IE9 browser

Please provide any additional information below.
 - it does work in Chrome browser
