Current style in style-navbar branch

suggestions from @LoganWilliams1 on Discord channel:

add SLASH logo to the navbar so its always at top of the screen
add SLASH logo to the RequestModal popup so it looks nicer. to be really fancy could try a hacky hardcoded progress bar? make the progress bar animation go for about 20 seconds (average scraper duration)
