Just bumping the used imgui-rs dependency in Cargo.toml. Planning to bump the version in rust-imgui-sdl2 should this be approved.

Thanks! I just released new versions of this crate (and rust-imgui-sdl2) that support imgui 0.11.

(I didn't merge your PR because of the unrelated change to .gitignore)
