Is there a list of themes that support this? #93

I highly recommend using this syntax highlighting with a theme that supports it.

Is there a list somewhere?

I don't have a list unfortunately. This is a bit difficult considering the many themes out there. I've used quite a few of the more popular themes that seem to support it well though. If you have a specific one that you don't feel properly supports this theme, feel free to open a specific issue.
