Bittrex support #155

Couldn't find any requests for Bittrex exchange support so here it is. Any plans to support it?

I don't have any plans on supporting it. I'm happy to accept an implementation if someone cares to code one up.

@gaia Yes, that's my stance to all new exchanges.
