CEX.io gateway? #90

Hi,

does tribeca automate cex.io trades?

tribeca does not support cex.io

The API (https://cex.io/websocket-api) looks decent enough to support. I have no plans to support it at this time.

I'll leave this open in case anyone else wants to contribute an implementation.
