This PR provides some updates of the JN reproducing Fig. 4 in Grund & Ritter (2020):
Update color to fill for Figure.plot
Use aliases for some single letter flages
Consistently reduce the size of the figures shown within the JN to reduces the size of the JN from 14.5 MB to 7.08 MB for 150 dpi (or to 3.53 MB for 100 dpi)
Make introduction cell consistent to other JNs; add requirements history
