paping.exe does not start on Window 7 Enterprise - 64 bit #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download paping_1.5.1_x86-64_windows.zip
2. Unzip it
3. Run paping.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
System error: The program can't start becasue MSVCP100D.dll is missing ... 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.1 x86-64  on Windows 7 Enterprise - 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
