Allow for gain equalization of FLAC streams. #7

Some users report that the gain of Radio Paradise streams can vary significantly from other streaming sources. This change allows the gain to be adjusted up to +/- 10dB relative to other streams for FLAC Interactive streams only.

I must admit that I never bothered much about gain correction. I have some albums for which I know I'll have to increase the volume considerably. But as I'm mostly an album or radio listener, I don't care too much.

That's why I'm not even sure whether applying a correction of +20 would even be possible, or -20, FWIW. Do we risk clipping in either direction?

Actually, yes we do. In my opinion the +/-20dB range supported by the "Default Adjustment for Remote Streams" pref option is excessive. In fact, I got burned by it when trying to use it to balance the volume of a stereo pair of SB Radios. I stupidly used a value of +12 for one of them and thought I had blown the speaker before realizing it was just clipping horribly. That's one reason I decided to limit the range of the RP gain adjustment to +/-10dB.
