Adds a deepfry feature. Very simple command. Have to attach an image you want to deepfry to the message. This one is the first iteration as well. Can't provide a number or flares yet.

@michaelhillebrand I believe my changes have addressed the rest of your comments and issues in this PR. Check it now and see if you're good with it.

I've tested this on my personal Discord guild and it worked as expected.
