Name Service missing - SPL #99

Hi, I've noticed that the name service for SPL is not available here.

Any plan to add next days/weeks? or not in priority list?

Hi Michael!

Actually, one of the forks already have the Naming Service. https://github.com/Auguron/solana-py/tree/master/spl/name_service from @Auguron

I don't know why didn't PRd to this repo.
