Uncanny Avengers needs some kind of "special notes" implemented.

Crown Thor King of Asgard and Professor X need some refactoring in submission_handler.rb and/or turn_range.rb to be implemented properly; Schemes/Plots need to be aware of what Villain/Adversary Groups are in use, as do Masterminds/Commanders.
