index.html / main.js - ability to hide/show the filter #20

would like the ability to hide/show the filter.

ideas for implementation:

  1. add a legend to the fieldset named "Filter"
  2. on click, show/hide the items within the fieldset
  3. would be good to update css as well so that the right cursor shows when hovering over the clickable element
