By default, code-server uses its own marketplace to install extensions. This could cause problems if we're trying to pull themes that don't exist on their marketplace yet.

Update the configuration of code-server to use the official VS Code Marketplace. Technically, MS restricts use of the Marketplace to their VS Code codebase. However, we're not using it for development but rather to promote VS Code "proper" and their official marketplace as a benefit to their users.
