Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes the theme preview image is somewhat broken. Users should be able to report a broken image.

Describe the solution you'd like A new Report button could be added in the extension interface. Once a report is submitted, that theme should be marked for a re-evaluation.
