Added support for Microsoft Stream #16

The v0.3.0 release dropped support for Microsoft Stream. This change adds it back in.

@hoveeman Since you originally implemented Microsoft Stream support, and since I am not in a position to test whether this change works, could you review this pull request?

Great! I’ll try and take a look at it this weekend and test it out. Appreciate you keeping Microsoft Stream in the mix.

Worked perfectly! Great job! I was also streaming to YouTube, Facebook, and Periscope at the same time to make sure they all worked together.
