removed the explicit link to cassandra-metrics.yaml
- more info is here https://github.com/addthis/metrics-reporter-config/issues/9
added the metrics code from datastax.rb to the tarball.rb

Yeah, I actually had issues when I was explicitly stating the file, even if it was in the conf directory. Thanks for the merge
