Empty INSTRUCTOR.md #5

Hi, in exercise07 folder there's an INSTRUCTOR.md file which is supposed to contain the Ansible tower url and a few more things. It seems to be empty though.

I think the AAP Operator installation yaml also needs a bit of an update. The awx-resource-operator is not installing likely it's been renamed. My AAP subscription from the operatorhub shows: spec: channel: stable-2.1 installPlanApproval: Automatic name: ansible-automation-platform-operator source: redhat-operators sourceNamespace: openshift-marketplace startingCSV: aap-operator.v2.1.1-0.1647905319

Also, I've updated the automation-platform installation section in order to fit the current operator version. @mbaldessari
