Some sms give a error but send many times #278

I have been not using the app as much latly because all of a sudden some of the people I respond to it gives a error then sends 3-5 times the same message. incoming no problem and some people i do not experience this issue i made some screen shots of it happening to everytime i type a message to a friends mobile sms

it worked for years perfectly then last year sometime some phone numbers give me issues. I have people with same provider one works fine one does not i am not sure why only some can not find a reason but like the screen shots I am not able to send messages with out it happening.

I talk alot to this number. I sometimes delete the entire group of messages would this have something to do with it. only thing I can think of thats different among the othere messages
