Beginning of fix for suggestion #23

Added links to the correct section in the part list + changed names in the assembly so that they match file names!

At first i thought this commit was missing a renaming of all STLs, FreeCAD-Files and images as well, only to realize that i have already named them "wrist" -.-

This is a useful fix, thanks for your contribution - pulled.
