Great work! I am wondering if it is possible to run CellSeg on IHC images? If it is possible, does CellSeg segment all cells or just staining-positive cells? Thanks for answering.

Thank you for your question, Shawnmhy. CellSeg can be used to segment RGB images, including IHC images.
