Install on windows #16

I tried to install it on windows, but some symbol links missing, so I need to copy them manually. BTW, for css file, we need to use "npm -g less" to install less and use lessc compile it.

When i begun to add a new article, but the categories are empty,and there is no page for me to create or add new category.

Get the category page, ignore this issue
