Custom command with !^! pattern does not work

NetBox 2.2.1 build 432 FAR 3.0 build 4571 x86

While FAR/NetBox no longer crashes when !^! pattern is entered, such custom command still does not work, as I already mentioned.

• Select any local file in a panel opposite to NetBox panel.
• Focus the NetBox panel.
• NetBox commands > Apply command (or Ctrl+G).
• Select Local command.
• Enter any custom command with !^! pattern (e.g. cmd.exe /k type !^!) and submit.
• Nothing happens.

Let everything that can be combined into a single piece of work there and disassemble. It's easier.
