Quick note on this: I was able to fix this issue within our own helpdesk by changing the selector on line 468, from:
var dd = $('.ticket-views.sui-dropdown-menu');
to:
var dd = $('.ticket-views');
I am not much for programming, so I don't know if this will still work on a non-multisite helpdesk, but I wanted to pass the info along for your next release. Thanks for all your work on this plugin, by the way!
If remote sites are active in Spiceworks, then the Ticket View Menu option does not work - all menu options are displayed regardless as to what is configured in the plugin.
