Or is it possible just hide quick entry field ? I'm interested with this plugin ability to make certain field as quick entry filed and because of that, its make that field disappear from ticket details.
Can i just set field i want to hide (such as Ticket SLA and priority) as quick entry field, but quick entry field is not shown (hide). I'm currently still try to understand and configure your plugin, to make this possible
Currently, this is not possible with this plugin. Whatever fields you show on the Quick Entry toolbar apply to all users - so you can hide or show certain fields on that bar, but it affects everyone (not just a particular group of users).
I really love this plugin. Awesome and really great work. But i have a feature request. I would like the ability to hide certain field and make it unable to change by tech admin. Because my company will allow tech admin to change the ticket status but on the other side restricted tech admin to change certain field like Ticket SLA Level and priority. If it will be apply to all role not just certain role like tech admin, it is still really fine. Sorry for my english anyway. Thanks
