Uppdate from 3.2 to 3.4 and now "Required Fields (on Close)" not working #18

Updated this great plugin from 3.2 to 3.4 and now we have an issue where "Required Fields (on Close)" settings are not working.

We get it working some times on the single_ticket view but nut open_ticket.

Running 7.5.00101

Have tested uninstalling / reinstalling / rebooting server etc.

A couple of things to try...

If you still have issues, please let me know what fields are you requiring so I can test on my end. I am running the same version of SW as you and have no problems on my installation.

I have dissabled all plugins and cleard browser cache.

Issue still remains.

Fields are Assagne,Category and Time Spent.

Do you have any language packs installed in Spiceworks?

Installed but not active.

After upgrading did you go in and update the plugin configuration and click Save, or did you leave as is? I'm wondering if you need re-choose all your settitngs in the plugin config.

Also, pop open the Developer Console in your browser (press CTRL+SHIFT+I in Google Chrome), then refresh your Help Desk page. Send me a screenshot of any errors that are displayed.
