When you enter response (say public) and check "close ticket" box then hit save it does not check for required fields and closes ticket with missing fields. I have required "Category" and a custom list. However, when I accept ticket, enter comment, save it , and then click Close button (using button at top of ticket) it prompts saying required fields.
