After configuring 10 required fields, a new ticket is unable to be submitted. When the user clicks submit on the new ticket - nothing happens and the ticket is unable to be submitted. Reducing the number of required fields back to 9 resolve the problem. This is only a problem when using Internet Explorer. Chrome/Firefox do not present this symptom.
