Required Fields not working on Unassigned tickets #9

Entering a comment and checking the "Close Ticket" checkbox does not trigger required fields validation on tickets that are not assigned to anyone.

This is still an issue. If you put "Assignee" on required to close and fill in the values it still allows "Unspecified" even if that value wasn't entered in.
