Update to PHP 7.2 #37

This is an attempt to fix #36. Seems to work from my initial testing but would be good to get some more testing from others.

Mcrypt was removed in PHP 7.2 so has been removed from this build. As far as I can tell it isn't required for recent versions of CiviCRM (though it appears to have been used in the past).
