Version differences #6

While the npm package keeps updating (currently at v2.0.6), I can't find a place to look for differences in versions. Are they updates of https://github.com/Juris-M/citeproc-js? Are there other things updating? Both this repo and the Juris-M fork don't have any recent commits while the package does have recent updates.

I guess I could just look at the code and the version number when downloading the npm package, in hindsight...

Sorry for the delay in responding. Updates should include a note of the citeproc-js repo version, or pull in the code was a subproject. I'll set that up.
