Update Funkwhale Version? #43

Is it possible to switch to the actual Version of Funkwhale? This actual seems to be 0.21 now, so this is far behind with 0.18. At least this seams to be in the Dockerfile used for unraid: https://hub.docker.com/r/thetarkus/funkwhale

I resolved the issue for me now by using the repository https://hub.docker.com/r/funkwhale/all-in-one and adding the Environment Variables manually.

Is the above mentioned Repository still maintained? It would be nice to have a Unraid Template for funkwhale/all-in-one too.

In the interim, please fix the README so it does not contain the string "thetarkus/funkwhale" (or has a disclaimer pointing to that issue).
