after using MacFusion, command-q may appear to produce unexpected responses in other applications #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start MacFusion and close all related windows
2. Open Safari (or other app)
3. Display the preferences window of MacFusion
4. Close that window
5. Hit command-Q

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The user would expect Safari to quit. Instead, MacFusion quits.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacFusion 1.0 - OS X.4.9

Please provide any additional information below.
One simple fix is to disable the shortcut for the Quit menu item in
MainMenu.nib, so at least
hitting command-Q will not quit MacFusion. The only surprise for the user is
that she then in the
above scenario, she would not be able to quit safari unless she selects a
window, or uses the
menu. Still better than the current behavior.

Verified, only in that MacFusion no longer quits unexpectedly if I follow steps
(1) through (5) above.

By coincidence on a few occasions I have found myself wondering why
applications bleep when I command-Q. This, I guess, is the
side effect of the fix.

With this in mind, I'll change the status of this issue to
Started
— not truly fixed; no action in MacFusion should lead to unexpected behaviour
in another application.

Summary field changed accordingly.

It might be possible for an application to resign being the key application.
This would be what MacFusion does
when all windows are closed.
