MacFusion does not find any plugins when run from Case Sensitive HFS+ #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move MacFusion.app to a harddrive formatted with Case Sensitive HFS+
2. Run MacFusion.app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the filesystem plugins to be loaded. Instead the log shows "MacFusion 
Core: Failed to Load 
Any Plugins!"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacFusion 1.1 / MacFusion r237 on OSX 10.4.9
