alt key at MacFusion launch to temporarily use a clean set of preferences #160

AFAIR it's fairly standard for some applications to respond to the 
alt key, at launch time, by 

a) ignoring the user's normal preferences

b) using a clean set of preferences

and finally, at Quit time:

c) the application asks the user whether they wish to retain the new 
preferences (and disregard the 
previous).
