Should I be concerned when the numbers are not equal?

Past bumping of the numbers was caused by my edits to the wiki. 

If it's relevant, corruptfire has edited a wiki page today :)

Last Changed Rev is a field that is used to store the last revision in which 
the file
in question (in this case the directory root) was modified. This is probably 
the last
revision in which a file was added, or somesuch.
You should be concerned with the Revision number, not the last revision number. 
Every is fine :)
