MacFusion installed (copied) via Apple Remote Desktop (ARD) | non-administrative user | does not work with Growl #173

1. use ARD to install MacFUSE to a remote computer.

2. Use ARD to copy MacFusion to a remote computer.

3. At the remote computer, logged in as a normal user (without admin
privileges):

MacFusion works, but Growl preference pane is not installed, so warnings and
other notifications
may not be obvious to the end user.

This is most relevant in a lab environment, where the administrator may install
(a) MacFUSE,
(b) MacFusion and (c) a plist for MacFusion.

Cross reference MacFusion issue 35,
Reliance upon Growl for warnings
and MacFusion issue 91,
ARD-compatible package or metapackage installer for MacFusion

Attempt to workaround

a) use ARD to copy
Growl.prefPane to the remote computer at path
/Library/PreferencePanes/

b) log at to the remote computer

c) launch MacFusion

d) MacFusion is not registered with Growl

> d) MacFusion is not registered with Growl

e) set MacFusion to launch at Mac OS log in time

f) restart computer

g) System Preferences… | Growl | MacFusion is now registered
